Packing of wheel bearings and inspect brakes and tires for proper wear.
Inspect axle hanger brushings and shackel equalizers and lube.
Winterizing entire fresh water system.
Annual roof sealent spot treatments.
Complete appliance cleaning and adjustments of fuel source.
Check and reseal all windows, luggage doors, and exterior mouldings with proper sealent.
Clean and inspect roof top air conditioner condensor and evaporator.
Inspect complete LP gas system for leaks, hoses, and regulator operation.
Systems check for LP gas leak detector, carbon monoxide detection, and smoke alarm.
Inspet both 12 volt DC and 110 volt AC electrical systems, including all GFCI recepts.
